LimeVPN uses the latest updated VPN protocols which support Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS). PFS defaults on the latest protocols such as OpenVPN, IKEv2, SSTP, Softether, and Wireguard, all of them which LimeVPN supports.

The benefit of having PFS is that even if the traffic is compromised and steals the key, they will not be able to decipher the traffic, and hence the data is still secure. This is because they will not be having ephemeral DH parameters that won't have been saved.
