How to retrieve TP-Link router System Logs

This tutorial will show you how to retrieve the System Logs for a TP-Link Archer C7 (AC1750) router.

To retrieve the router's System Logs, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log on to the TP-Link Archer C7 router’s administration portal by entering its default address tplinkwifi.net or 192.168.1.1 into the address bar of your preferred browser (If you changed your router’s default IP address, enter that into your browser instead). Log in with your router's admin password to access the router's settings as shown below:

Step 2: Click on the Advanced tab at the top as shown below:

Step 3: Next, click on the System Tools option on the left at the bottom of the menu.

Step 4: Finally, click on the System Log option on the left directly under the System Tools menu to view the router's logs.

Step 5: To save the router's logs to your device and then send them to our support team, click the Save Logs button. You can then attach the log file directly to an email to our support team and we will be able to assist you further if you are encountering a VPN connection problem.
