We do not actively block the use of email while you are connected to our service. However, there are some cases that may cause your email to behave differently or not work properly while connected to our VPN. The reason for this is that some ISPs/Mail Service Providers block the ability to send mail if you are trying to send email from an IP address outside of their network. So, if you are connected to our VPN, your IP address will no longer show as coming from your ISP; it will show as coming from LimeVPN and could be blocked in some cases.
To resume being able to send email from your ISP email account, simply disconnect from our VPN or use your ISP's webmail portal to send and receive email, if they have one.
