How to find the version of Mac OS running on your device?

To find the version of macOS currently running on your device, do the following.

1. Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen.

2. Click the About This Mac option. You will now see a window in the middle of your screen with information about the Mac you are using under the Overview tab.
