We are not happy to see that you want to cancel your account/subscription.
Please contact [email protected] if there are any issues faced so that we can try to resolve it and improve our services to serve you better.
If you still want to cancel your account you can cancel via client area or sending a cancellation request mail to [email protected] .
Please make sure you cancel the auto-subscription for the payments. For PayPal, you can directly do that from the PayPal account. Please follow the instructions below for canceling the PayPal subscription.
Go to Settings.
Click Payments near the top of the page.
Click Manage Automatic Payments.
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel, and click Cancel.
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
For Credit/Debit card subscriptions, please send an email to [email protected] for cancellations.
