Download  and install the OpenVPN GUI Application for Windows XP from here:

After the installation is completed, go here to download OpenVPN Config files for LimeVPN.

Once downloading is completed, extract the files and copy it.

Go to Desktop and right click on OpenVPN icon and click on Properties. 

Click on Find Target. A new window will open. Go to the parent OpenVPN folder and  open config folder and paste LimeVPN open config files.

Open OpenVPN from the Desktop. Right click on the OpenVPN icon bottom right corner of the Desktop. 

Select any server and click on Connect. 

Once the server is connected, the OpenVPN icon will lit green.
