You cannot use Dedicated IPs on LimeVPN Client. It will work on Open Manual configuration, SoftEther, Android.

For Windows, it would be best to use SoftEther. Please find the instructions to use SoftEther.

How to Configure SoftEther VPN on Windows?

You can also configure using L2TP or OpenVPN. You can find instructions for them below. For the dedicated IP, the pre-shared secret is different from the shared servers. It is limevpn instead of private.
